The Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) exists to create disability confident recruiters through education and practical advice that enables accessible, equitable employment opportunities for disabled people.
Once a year they bring together leading changemakers in the recruitment sector to celebrate the very best of disability confident recruitment, with the RIDI Awards.
The 2023 Awards are now open for nominations with new categories including ‘Pioneer of the Year’ and an expert judging panel who are all leaders in their fields.
The Awards are free to enter and all of the inspiring categories celebrate disability confident recruitment. Don’t feel you have to limit yourself to one category, you are welcome to enter in as many as you like! The deadline for entries is Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 11:55 PM.
