Webinars are a great way of engaging and growing your organisation’s audience. Our planning, content creation, production and accessibility services mean everyone gets a good experience from your brand.

From there we’ll start thinking about the content creation and delivery to fully engage your attendees. With a whole lot of webinars in our repertoire, we can make recommendations on speakers and panellists, keeping diversity at the forefront of our planning.
With your preferences and goals in mind, we’ll design the best structure for your webinar. In advance of the session, we’ll book a reliable sign language interpreter, as we know they book up quickly! Public speaking can be daunting. That’s why we’ll run practise sessions with your presenters to ensure they’re feeling comfortable and confident with what they have to say and when they have to say it.
Attendable can help you promote your webinar by seeking out relevant people of interest depending on the topic or sector. During the webinar itself, we’ll be available to manage the smooth running of things; changing slides, keeping timings and helping to facilitate any audience interaction. We’ll ensure your webinar is recorded so you can share it on social media and beyond. Throughout the session, we’ll note down quotes worth sharing with your followers and take any screenshots that your brand might find useful.
