Whether virtual or in person, we’ll help you piece together a vision for your conference, thinking about who will be present, what kind of sessions will take place and how long the conference will run. If virtual we’ll choose the right platform, and if in person we’ll choose a venue that is both impressive and practical, all whilst considering the important factor of accessibility.
Attendable will work with you to finalise panellists, speakers and exhibitors. We’ll collate assets for booths and keep everyone fully briefed throughout the process. To help you deliver an enjoyable conference, we’ll think outside the box to implement exciting features that will keep your attendees engaged. Similarly, we’ll ensure that there are enough breaks and opportunities to pause throughout the day.
In the background of our preparations, we’ll be managing all the important details including ticketing, presentations, technology and catering if necessary. From the very beginning, we’ll ensure accessibility needs are considered and addressed for a fully inclusive event.
Conferences are a great way of allowing people to mix with others. We’ll take the awkwardness out of networking by implementing an inclusive and friendly approach. When it comes to interactivity, we’ll ensure there are plenty of polls, Q &A’s, and general opportunities for attendees to get involved. Throughout each session, we’ll be on hand to make sure everything is running as planned and on time, dealing with any queries or questions from attendees or speakers.
